Story of Migration Using Grid Systems
Migration is a hot topic throughout our world. The challenge was to depict a story of migration. While researching the migration from Germany to Canada in the early 1900’s stood out to me. Using connecting text from one frame to another, I as able to portray the idea of moving through the time and water as migrants once did. This movement is created through illustration, imagery and hints of yellow that stand separately from the cool tones.
